Artículo quince. Cuando la Jefatura de Rentas e Impuestos Nacionales, en uso de la facultad de revisión que le otorgan las normas legales vigentes, adicione los impuestos de renta y complementarios liquidados por el año de 1952, ordenará los pagos o adiciones que deban hacerse por concepto de la "Cuota de Rehabilitación y Fomento".
