Funciones Del Obispado Castrense

Decreto 49 de 2003 · por el cual se modifica parcialmente la estructura del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional.

Corresponde al Obispado Castrense, el ejercicio de las siguientes funciones:

1. Atender todos los aspectos relacionados con la fe y la moral de la Iglesia particular castrense.

2. Velar por la marcha de las Capellanías en las Fuerzas Armadas.

3. Presentar al Ministerio los candidatos para la vinculación, traslado y suspensión de capellanes.

4. Velar por la promoción de los futuros sacerdotes y capellanes.

5. Las demás que le sean asignadas y correspondan a la naturaleza del Obispado.
