º El artículo 14 del Decreto 503 de 1981 quedará así: Los pasaportes oficiales están exentos del impuesto de timbre nacional. Tendrán validez hasta el término de la misión, permanente o temporal, o hasta la fecha en que los titulares de los pasaportes dejen de desempeñar los cargos que señala el artículo noveno. Los pasaportes de que trata este artículo no serán revalidados, con excepción de los concedidos a los miembros de la Fuerza Aérea Colombiana, y el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores podrá ordenar su cancelación o retiro en cualquier momento.
