Adhesión.

Podrá adherirse a este Convenio. en las condiciones que el Consejo establezca, el Gobierno de cualquier Estado Miembro de las Naciones Unidas o de cualquiera de sus organismos especializados. (...).

Cada Gobierno que deposite un instrumento de adhesión indicará en el momento de hacerlo si ingresa en la Organización como Miembro exportador o Miembro importador, tal como están definidos en los párrafos 7) y 8) del Artículo 2.
