E. Traslado para alegatos de conclusión . Si no hubiere pruebas que practicar o habiéndose practicado las decretadas, el funcionario de conocimiento mediante auto de sustanciación ordenará el traslado común por diez (10) días; para que los sujetos procesales presenten alegatos de conclusión.
