Art. 2. ° Estando dispuesto por los citados artículos 360 del Cononedigo Fiscal i 11.° de la lei 31 del presente año, que desde l.° de setiembre próximo el 25 por ciento de los 45 centavos con que estanone gravada la 5.ª clase corresponda a los "fondos especiales para mejoras internas," las Aduanas procederanonen desde esa fecha en adelante, a liquidar como derecho primitivo sobre las mercaderinoneas de tal clase la cuota de 36 centavos por Kilógramo i como "derecho adicional" la de 9 centavos.
