ARTICULO 14 . Obligatoriedad de la acción disciplinaria. Toda falta disciplinaria cometida por un funcionario de la Dirección de Impuestos Nacionales origina acción disciplinaria y su ejercicio es obligatorio aunque se haya iniciado acción penal o el infractor se encuentre desvinculado del servicio.
