Para el cumplimiento de la presente Ley destínase la suma de veinte mil pesos ($ 20,000), que se apropiarán en los próximos Presupuestos, pudiendo el Gobierno, en caso contrario, abrir los créditos extraordinarios correspondientes, sin sujeción a la leyes referentes a éstos.
