Los empleados creados por esta Ley tendrán las mismas funciones y gozaran de las mismas asignaciones que disfrutan actualmente los de su clase, y en el Presupuesto actual como en los venideros se incluirán las partidas necesarias para atender al gasto que demanda el cumplimiento de la presente Ley.
