º . Actualización de valores. Las tarifas de que trata el presente Decreto se incrementarán anualmente. a partir del 1º de enero de 1995, en el mismo sentido y porcentaje en que varíe el índice de precios al consumidor, según certificación que sobre el particular expida el Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Estadística, DANE, aproximándose al múltiplo de diez (10) más cercano.
