El Gobierno Nacional, por conducto del Ministerio de Salud Pública, colocará en el Hospital del Municipio de Titiribí, Departamento de Antioquia, una placa con esta inscripción:

"El Congreso de Colombia al célebre médico y científico Juan Bautista Montoya Flórez, en el primer centenario de su nacimiento. Ley 18 de 1967 ".
