ARTICULO 3.8.5.6.- RETIRO DE EMPRESAS. Toda empresa puede libremente retirarse del grupo a que pertenezca para ingresar a otro o para organizar su propio fondo mutuo de inversión, mediante una simple notificación escrita dada con tres meses de anticipación a la fecha en que haya de efectuarse el traspaso de las tenencias que correspondan a sus trabajadores. En estos casos las participaciones de los trabajadores no podrán sufrir alteración alguna desfavorable.
