Sujetos y tipos de sanciones. Son sujetos de sanciones, por violación al presente Capítulo, los señalados en el artículo 9° de la Ley 105 de 1993 o las normas que la modifiquen o adicionen, la autoridad competente impondrá a los infractores las sanciones establecidas en la Ley 336 de 1996 o las normas que la modifiquen o adicionen.
