MULTA PARA QUIEN IMPIDA Y OBSTACULICE EL CONTROL DEL IMPUESTO DE TIMBRE. El que por cualquier medio impida u obstaculice la vigilancia fiscal de los funcionarios de hacienda, en el recaudo del impuesto de que trata la ley, incurrirá en multas sucesivas de 7 UVT a 360 UVT, que impondrán mediante providencia motivada el Director General de Impuestos Nacionales o sus delegados, los Administradores o sus delegados. Nota: Valores Ajustados en UVT de conformidad con el artículo 868-1 del Estatuto Tributario, adicionado por el artículo 51 de la ley 1111 de 2006.
