º Cesión de beneficios económicos. En los términos del artículo 10 de la Decisión 344 de la Comisión del Acuerdo de Cartagena, cada entidad pública podrá establecer el porcentaje de los beneficios económicos sobre las innovaciones que cederá a sus empleados inventores y el procedimiento para otorgar ese estímulo.
