Art. 14. Si se demandare el dominio ú otro derecho real constituido sobre un inmueble, y el demandante hubiere obtenido a su favor sentencia de primera de primera instancia, puede secuestrarse la cosa cuando ocurran los casos de que trata el inciso 2° del artículo 959 del Código Civil, si no se prestare por el poseedor fianza suficiente de conservación y restitución.
