°. Transferencia de recursos del Presupuesto General de la Nación para ser administrados por la ADRES. Las apropiaciones incorporadas en el Presupuesto General de la Nación que por mandato de la ley deban ser administradas por la ADRES, se programarán como transferencias, en el presupuesto del Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social, identificando para tal efecto, la respectiva fuente financiación y se ejecutarán con la asignación que el ordenador del gasto en la respectiva sección presupuestal adelante de tales recursos.
