Con el objeto de liquidar existencias sobrantes de la producción nacional, el Fondo podrá celebrar con organismos internacionales, fundaciones benéficas o entidades semejantes, acuerdos para el suministro de productos colombianos a las áreas que deban ser abastecidas por el esfuerzo cooperativo internacional.
