NOTIFICACIÓN. El contenido del fallo de primera instancia será notificado al inculpado o a su vocero, quien podrá interponer los recursos de reposición y en subsidio apelación, dentro de los tres (3) días hábiles siguientes a la diligencia, mediante la presentación del respectivo memorial, en caso contrario se declarará desierto el recurso.
