La parcelación a que se refiere el artículo segundo de esta Ley se adelantara por el Departamento en pleno acuerdo técnico con la comisión tituladora de baldíos que opera en el Departamento de Córdoba, y la Secretaria de Agricultura y Ganadería del mismo, en forma tal que cada propietario obtenga, además de su título, un plano de su respectiva parcela.
