El proceso de ejecución de lo estipulado en el artículo 9º. de esta Ley, será gradual, según reglamentación que expida el Gobierno Nacional, pero tal proceso tendrá que estar concluido en un plazo máximo de u (1) año, contado a partir de la promulgación de la presente Ley.
