Gastos. Los gastos derivados de la atención brindada por el Programa de Atención Psicosocial y Salud Integral a Víctimas pertenecientes a las comunidades serán reconocidos y pagados por conducto del Ministerio de Protección Social con cargo a los recursos del Fondo de Solidaridad y Garantía del Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud (Fosyga), Subcuenta de Eventos Catastróficos y Accidentes de Tránsito, salvo que estén cubiertos por otro plan voluntario de salud.
