De la licencia del vehículo. Todo vehículo en el cual se transporte plaguicidas deberá tener licencia sanitaria de transporte, expedida por el Servicio Seccional de Salud de la sede de la empresa transportadora, la cual tendrá validez durante un (1) año en todo el territorio nacional, renovable por períodos iguales.
