Profesor de tiempo completo y catedra. Se considera profesor de tiempo completo, el Oficial o Suboficial que preste sus servicios de planta en los Institutos Policiales, que tenga carga académica superior a veinte (20) horas semanales y se encuentre en permanente disponibilidad para labores docentes. Son profesores de cátedra quienes siendo titulares de alguna o algunas asignaturas, no reúnan los requisitos de que trata el inciso anterior.
