De todo extranjero registrado en la División de Extranjería del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad (DAS), o en la respectiva seccional del mismo organismo se llevará un prontuario con las reseñas de carácter técnico necesarias para que el mencionado Departamento pueda ejercer un adecuado control.
