El Gobierno procederá, tan pronto sea sancionada la presente Ley, a dar cumplimiento, por procedimientos breves y sumarios, a los mandatos contenidos en las Leyes 65 de 1937 y 7ª de 1938, y demás disposiciones vigentes sobre recompensas a los ciudadanos inscritos en el Escalafón de Antiguos Militares.
