En las corporaciones judiciales conocerán de los procesos disciplinarios, la Sala, la sección o el magistrado, cuando el empleado sea de su exclusiva designación. La providencia que imponga sanción de destitución será revisable por la Sala Disciplinaria de la respectiva corporación.
