Apropiase para atender a los gastos del Gobierno Nacional durante la vigencia fiscal del 1.° de enero al 31 de diciembre de 1962 una suma igual a la del cálculo de las Rentas e Ingresos del Tesoro de la Nación, determinado en el artículo anterior, por valor de tres mil quinientos veintiséis millones ciento setenta y seis mil ochocientos cincuenta y dos pesos ($ 3.526.176.852) moneda legal, dítribuída entre las distintas ramas del Poder Público, así:
