LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.4.1.1.2.27. Curso de Actualización. Los Capitanes y Maquinistas Jefes deberán efectuar, dentro de cada período de cinco (5) años de validez de su Licencia de Navegación, un curso de actualización en un Centro de Formación, Capacitación y Entrenamiento autorizado por la Autoridad Marítima para ello, o en su defecto presentar un examen que acredite dichos conocimientos.

Sin el cumplimiento de este requisito, no se revalidarán dichas licencias.
