Del régimen financiero para las contingencias de enfermedad en general y maternidad. El régimen financiero del seguro de enfermedad en general y de maternidad será el de reparto simple. Según dicho régimen los aportes correspondientes a un año calendario deberán ser suficientes para financiar las prestaciones económicas y los servicios médicos y asistenciales cuyo derecho se cause en ese periodo y para constituir las reservas de contingencias y fluctuaciones, según los reglamentos.
