Antes de declararse administrativamente la caducidad, el Ministerio de Minas y Energía pondrá en conocimiento del interesado la causal o causales en que haya de fundarse la declaración y el concesionario dispondrá del término de un (1) mes, para rectificar o subsanar las faltas de que se le acuse o para formular su defensa. La notificación de la providencia respectiva se hará de conformidad con las normas generales.
