Auxiliase a la ciudad de Puerto Tejada con la cantidad de quinientos mil pesos ($500.000.oo) del Tesoro Nacional, que invertirá en las siguientes obras:

a)

En la terminación y dotación del Hospital del "Cincuentenario", de esta ciudad, ciudad, doscientos cincuenta mil pesos ($250.000.00);

b)

En la terminación y dotación del colegio "José Hilario López" para varones, de esta ciudad, la suma de doscientos cincuenta mil pesos ($250.000.00).
