°. Las obligaciones originadas en actos o contratos que versen sobre objetos ilegalmente introducidos al país no producen acción. Cuando en el curso de un proceso civil iniciado para que se declare o ejecute una obligación el demandado excepcione de ilicitud de causa u objeto por razón de contrabando, se dará aplicación a lo dispuesto en el artículo 11 del Código de Procedimiento Penal.
