En cualquiera de los casos previstos en los artículos que preceden, se condenará al renuente al pago de los perjuicios causados o que se causen a los otros litigantes y se mandará expedir y remitir copia de lo conducente a la autoridad competente para conocer del delito por sustracción fraudulenta de instrumentos custodiados en archivos públicos.
