Artículo primero. Todo colombianos mayor de diez años que viaje al exterior deberá ir previsto de un pasaporte individual.

Parágrafo

I. Se exceptúan de lo anterior los integrantes de grupos culturales, deportivos o artísticos, a quienes se les expedirá pasaporte colectivo de acuerdo con las normas vigentes.

Parágrafo

II. Los menores de ocho años podrán incluirse en el pasaporte de uno de los padres, previa presentación del permiso respectivo otorgado por el otro.
