Otorgada la escritura pública de que trata el artículo 931 del Código Fiscal, á costa del interesado, ésta deberá registrarse.

Si no se otorgare la escritura, la formalidad del registro de la adjudicación definitiva y de la diligencia de posesión es en todo caso obligatoria.
