Art. 10. Tambien se dará una clase práctica, comun i permanente, sobre el terreno, de ejercicios militares i jimnásticos, de esgrima, de tiro de pistola, i ademas en determinados dias de la semana, i en algún campo, a inmediaciones de la ciudad, que sea apropósito, de equitacion i natacion. Para todos estos ejercicios el Gobierno suministrará a la Escuela los elementos necesarios, i las lecciones que deban darse, acerca de ellos, estarán a cargo del empleado o catedrático que designe, para cada una de esas lecciones, por una distribucion conveniente i por un reglamento especial que aprobará el Poder Ejecutivo, el Director jefe de estudios.
