La Inspección ó Intendencia entregará mensualmente, después de deducidos los sueldos y demás gastos de administración, los saldos líquidos que resulten á su cargo en la Oficina que le señale el Ministerio de Hacienda y Tesoro, al cual enviará un ejemplar del recibo que por triplicado se hará expedir por las cantidades que entere en dicha Oficina.
