º La Gobernación del Departamento de Caldas dispondrá lo que fuere necesario a efecto de que los fondos destinados a la obra del puente de La Virginia , sean recibidos y manejados por un empleado que constituya las cauciones suficientes, de conformidad con lo dispuesto para los Empleados de manejo en el Código Fiscal, debiendo tal empleado rendir sus cuentas a la Corte del ramo por conducto del Ministerio de Obras Públicas. Comuníquese y publíquese.
