Art. 12. El Intérprete coleccionará los periódicos extranjeros que se reciban en la Secretaría y extractará las noticias más importantes que contengan, sobre política, ciencias, industria, comercio y estadística, para publicarlas con la debida oportunidad en el Diario Oficial. Esos extractos llevarán su firma y en ellos se expresará el nombre del periódico de que han sido tomados.

Parágrafo

En estos trabajos será auxiliar del Intérprete el Oficial 1.° de la Sección 1. a , encargado del Registro de la correspondencia.
