Será castigado con prisión por un mes a un año el que, por medio de violencias o amenazas, haga que cese o subsista la cesación de un trabajo, con el fin de imponer a los obreros o a los empresarios una disminución o un aumento de salarios, o condiciones diferentes a las anteriormente estipuladas con ellos.
