Disposiciones Especiales. Cuando se disponga la liquidación de una institución financiera o entidad aseguradora sujeta al régimen de las empresas industriales y comerciales del Estado, el Gobierno Nacional deberá designar la entidad que asumirá las funciones legales especiales, así como los derechos y obligaciones relacionados con las mismas, que se le hubieren asignado, con el fin de preservar la continuidad en el ejercicio de las mismas.
