El Consejo Directivo se reunirá en la ciudad de Barranquilla, ordinariamente una vez al mes y extraordinariamente cuando el Presidente del Consejo o el Director de la Corporación lo convoque o a petición de tres (3) de sus miembros. Cuando las necesidades lo demanden y el Consejo lo estime conveniente éste podrá sesionar en alguna de las ciudades comprendidas dentro del ámbito territorial de la Corporación.
