Naturaleza. La Comisión de Seguimiento será un cuerpo eminentemente consultivo y supervisor de los procesos y actividades inherentes al trámite de los beneficios jurídicos de los miembros de la CRS; estará adscrita al Departamento Administrativo de la Presidencia de la República quien podrá delegar su coordinación funcional en el Despacho del Alto Comisionado para la Paz.
