LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.2.6.1.3.25. Financiación de los bonos de alimentación. Las cajas de compensación familiar dispondrán de los recursos de la subcuenta de prestaciones económicas del Fondo de Solidaridad de Fomento al Empleo y Protección al Cesante (Fosfec) para atender a la población beneficiaria del bono de alimentación en sus territorios, sin desatender las demás obligaciones con cargo de esta subcuenta. Para ello la Superintendencia de Subsidio Familiar deberá generar un rubro al interior de dicha subcuenta para registrar los recursos que se destinarán para el desembolso de los bonos de alimentación.
