TEXTO CORRESPONDIENTE A

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

ARTICULO 17. PROGRAMAS ACADÉMICOS. El Consejo Superior de Educación Policial, establecerá la estructura, condiciones y títulos de los programas académicos exigidos para el ingreso y ascenso en el respectivo escalafón.

Parágrafo

La Escuela Nacional de Policía "General Santander", homologará o convalidará los cursos policiales y títulos profesionales policiales que se adelanten en el exterior, para efectos de ingreso y ascenso en el escalafón respectivo, previo concepto del Consejo Académico.
