De la información. El Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social y el Departamento Nacional de Planeación establecerán mediante circular conjunta, las características de la información que será reportada por las entidades obligadas a presentarla, la cual incluirá variables de carácter contable, presupuestal, financiero, de capacidad instalada, recurso humano, calidad y producción de servicios, así como los instrumentos y procedimientos para su presentación.

La información solicitada deberá ser certificada y firmada por el gerente o director de la institución pública prestadora de servicios de salud, y el director departamental, municipal o distrital de salud.
