Administración temporal de la educación regional. Si faltando un mes para cumplirse el plazo señalado para terminar el régimen de control de administración de servicios educativos regionales, no se han corregido las fallas que le dieron origen, el Ministerio de Educación Nacional, sin necesidad de actuación adicional, podrá asumir la administración temporal de la educación regional. Contra este acto procederá el recurso de reposición.
