ART 279. Los Tribunales militares juzgarán con arreglo á las leyes del Ejército y á la jurisprudencia militar.

Sólo en los casos no previstos por la legislación militar, se observarán en los procedimientos y en la aplicación de penas las disposiciones del derecho común.
