Artículo veintiuno. INCOMPATIBILIDADES, INHABILIDADES E IMPEDIMENTOS. Tanto el Gerente de la Zona Franca como los miembros de su Junta Directiva, excepto los representantes de los usuarios, estarán sujetos a las incompatibilidades e inhabilidades que establecen las normas generales vigentes en especial el Decreto-ley 128 de 1976. Tanto los miembros de la Junta Directiva como el Gerente de la Zona Franca estarán sujetos al régimen general de impedimentos y recusaciones establecidos en el Código de Procedimiento Civil y en el Código Contencioso Administrativo en lo pertinente.
